FINALLY! Yardbird Southern Table & Bar has an opening date. Yardbird will open it’s doors October 3 for dinner service. Lunch and brunch will follow shortly after.
Yardbird is taking its farm-to-table down-home cooking philosophy seriously. Beef comes from White Oak Pastures in Bluffton, Georgia and produce will come from Paradise Farms in Homestead.
Yardbird executive chef/partner Jeff McInnis’ menu will feature southern favorites/comfort food.
Joining McInnis is Phillip Bryant, chef de cuisine of Yardbird. Peter Merrill will be pastry chef and farmer. And finally Elliott Cusher, chef, and Eddie Acevedo, Director of Operations.
