Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar has just posted a sign and it’s coming to the former ‘Nemo’ restaurant space.
Lolita has locations in Boston and Greenwich, Connecticut, and is known for good tacos and an massive collection of tequilas.
The menu includes soups like creamy poblano; crispy masa-dusted oysters; snails in garlic-chipotle butter; and three ceviches.
There are also different takes on tacos, quesadillas, and guacamole, which includes fresco, picante, with adobo-bacon, and with lump crab, lobster, and chile-garlic butter.
Some of the main courses on the menu include snapper veracruzano, carne asada, pollo asado, shrimp ajillo, pork carnitas and pork chop with pineapple tamal and chipotle aioli. The menu includes sides like beer batter green beans with jalapeño créma; chipotle white-and-sweet potato gratin; and iron pan cornbread with roasted garlic sauce.
Hopefully the Miami menu will be the same as the other locations. No date has been set for opening day yet.
