You all know how much we love Edge, Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell.
Check out our full review on Edge, Steak & Bar.
Well now Edge, Steak & Bar is launching Sunday Brunch.
This new innovative brunch is based on Miami’s popular food truck movement. The brunch will offer “creatively” designed food stations. Sunday Brunch launches on Sunday, January 22nd at 11:30 a.m. Brunch will be available till 3:00 p.m.
There will be a Viva La Mexico taco “truck” station, that will serve braised short rib and chilaquiles served with chicken and green tomatillo and queso sauce. There will also be a Cuban food “truck” station that will offer crispy roast suckling pig served on Cuban bread with mojo onions, house pickles and lemon aioli.
Other stations include a meat carving station, a Peruvian seafood station, and more. The buffet will also include light offerings such as assorted chilled melons, mojito tropical fruit salad and passion fruit mango smoothie shots, small plates, soups, salads, smoked chicken, seafood paella, BBQ spiced chicken with chimichurri, and guava braised short ribs with fried onions.
And don’t forget about desserts. Desserts will range from a signature ice cream station, churned to order with an array of toppings, a cotton candy station, freshly made churros, alfajores, guava tart and Key lime panna cotta.
After all that food, lets not forget about the Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary bar station either.
The Edge, Steak & Bar Sunday Brunch is priced at $75 per adult, $32 per child (ages 5 to 12).
