On Thursday, August 16th, one of our favorite restaurants Essensia is presenting another seasonal supper.
This summer’s theme is “Tropical Fruits Meets Tropical Fish.”
Essensia is located at The Palms Hotel and Spa and master chef Julie Frans will run this dinner highlighting local produce and other sustainable edibles.
The dinner will start in the restaurant’s garden and move on over to a full on dinner with wine pairings. Guests will be given a private tour of the garden led by Julie Frans herself.
This dinner is almost sold out so make your reservations now.
The dinner is $95 per person and does not include tax or gratuity. This dinner is limited to 50 people.

- Little Haiti Garden Eggplant served with Thai Green Curry Sauce, Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass Black Rice Cake and Green Papaya
- Florida Spiny Lobster Salad Stack featuring Avocado, Mango, Watermelon, Cucumber, Garden Micro Greens, Cayenne Creme Fraiche and Spicy Cilantro Lime Dressing
- Palate Cleanser – Dragon Fruit Sorbet
- Pan Seared Pompano served with Asian Guava Chile Sauce, Pink Guava Longan Lemongrass Salsa, Hearts of Palm Puree, Malibar Spinach and Grilled Starfruit
