CATCH Miami Now Open

CATCH Miami is officially open.

CATCH Miami is an NYC transplant and is located at the James Royal Palm Hotel. The original CATCH was opened in 2011 and headed by Top Chef winner, Executive Chef Hung Huynh.

The dinner menu at CATCH Miami is divided into sections of raw, rolled, cold, large format, and simply grilled. Some of the favorites from NYC are on the menu like the Cantonese Lobster. The CATCH Miami menu will also have Miami-inspired dishes like the Shorecrest Roll.
