Drinking Room is a pop-up bar from Chef Giorgio Rapicavoll from Eating House. Drinking Room will be popping up at the Hotel Astor from December 3rd thru New Years Eve, offering cocktails and small snacks. Helping Rapicavoll, will be Chef Ryan Harrison, formerly from Preservation in Sunny Isles.
One of the cocktails on the menu is a ‘Tenth & Washington’ made with tequila, guanabana, lime, jalapeño and cilantro. One of the small plates on the menu is ‘Carbonara Croquetas’ with Arborio rice, black truffle, bacon, Parmigiano and more.
