Our good friend, Daniel Serfer of Blue Collar is teaming up with Miami blogger Miami Rankings, Ryan Roman to open up a new restaurant called Mignonette.
Mignonette is an oyster bar where “Old Florida meets New Orleans-style.”
Mignonette is set to open in June in the Edgewater area. Mignonette will mainly be a oyster bar, but you can find Rockefeller and Bienville oysters, along with po’ boys, clams casino, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes and more. You can also find a huge list of veggie sides a prime rib.
The restaurant’s wine list is being curated by Allegra Angelo, an Advanced Sommelier, and their beer list is being curated by Josh Hubner, a Certified Cicerone (a beer Sommelier).
We cannot wait and will keep you up to date on the opening date.
