Lamb Down Under at EDGE Steak & Bar is taking place on Saturday, May 31st from 7 to 9p.
EDGE Steak & Bar is located at the Four Seasons in Brickell.
Chef Aaron Brooks from EDGE Steak & Bar will be joined by Miami’s top chefs featuring dishes made exclusively with Australian Lamb.
Guests will be able to taste an unlimited amount of lamb bites, prepared by Brad Kilgore of J&G Grill, Danny Grant of 1826 Restaurant & Lounge, Jacob Anaya of OTC and Michael Reidt of the yet to open Pilgrim.
Wines from the Australian wineries of Yalumba and Jansz Tasmania, and craft beer by BREW FIU. There will also be sweet treats from Keith Wallace, the debuting pastry chef at EDGE Steak & Bar.
