Chef Brad Kilgore of J&G Grill at the St. Regis Bal Harbour and Chef Jose Mendin of the Pubbelly Group teamed up for a Miami Spice Mash-Up Dinner at J&G Grill.
The dinner consisted of a six-course meal previewing items from their upcoming Miami Spice menus. Executive Pastry Chef for the St. Regis, Antonio Bachour also joined in on the fun by providing two dessert courses for the night.
