Concrete Beach Brewery has teamed up with Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete for the first installment of Brew Views Dinner Series. The first installment of Brew Views will take place on Thursday, August 24 from 7 to 9 PM at Concrete Beach Brewery.
Brew Views Dinner Series is a new monthly series consisting of an exclusive 6-course dinner prepared by Chef Beltran, curated by Brew Master Joseph Reynolds and hosted inside Concrete Beach.
Guests can purchase tickets to experience this one of a kind pre-fixed menu with beverage pairings.
Beers to be paired with each course include Tropic of Passion, Havana Lager, Mas Hops Double IPA, Kungaloosh, and two specialty limited release beers, Eezypeezylemonsqueezey, an American Wheat Ale made with lemon fruit, peel, and zest; and Violet Jane made with lemon lavender wit.
