Once a month, I will take you behind the scenes inside Pollo Tropical, interview members of Pollo’s Executive Team, bring you the latest on Pollo’s newest menu items and so much more. Your love for Pollo will only grow after this series of episodes.

With that said, let’s talk about episode four.

On this special edition episode of WTF? – Where’s the Food?, I sit down with Julianna Wagner, who is the Brand Manager at Pollo Tropical. Julianna met me at their newest location in Tamarac, who is celebrating a grand opening on Saturday, July 13th, plus we talk about Pollo’s new Summer limited menu items.

Don’t forget the Grand Opening Party is Saturday, July 13th from 10:30a – 2:30p at the new Pollo Tropical in Tamarac at 8851 W Commercial Blvd. Family fun for the entire family and all for free.

Pollo Tropical has just introduced new limited time menu items, which are awesome. 

Pollo Tropical is now creating Cuban Sandwiches. You can get your Cuban sandwich with their citrus-marinated grilled chicken or their famous roast pork. Of course on top of all that you get all the usual Cuban sandwich fixings: ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and a tangy mustard mayo.

Pollo Tropical is also introducing a new Honey Lime Salad, which contains craisins, carrots, crumbles of feta cheese and citrus-marinated grilled or crispy chicken. 

And to round out the final limited time menu item, Pollo Tropical has brought back Tostones.
