North Miami BrewFest is Back!

North Miami BrewFest is back and happening November 16th at the MOCA Plaza.

The North Miami BrewFest is a one-day festival featuring some of the best breweries in South Florida and their unique and varied creations.  The mission is to contribute to brewing science education and innovation for the craft brew industry, brewpubs and home brew organizations. The event includes educational seminars delivered by faculty and top industry experts who share expertise and a passion for brewing and the science behind it.

NoMi BrewFest began as a student project, led by hospitality management students at the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, at FIU.  Proceeds from the North Miami BrewFest support the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and it’s Brewing Science program.

North Miami BrewFest will have a selection of more than 200 different beers so every attendee can explore and discover something new. There will be food and plenty of beer include beer created by some of the students at FIU.

The Florida breweries have made a commitment to make this experience special – so they’ll be brewing up an exclusive blend just for the beer festival. Breweries participating include: Biscayne Bay Brewing, Concrete Beach Brewery, Descarga Brewing, Exit One Taproom, Lost City Brewing, M.I.A Brewing, Monkey Business Brewing, Old Deck Beer Co., South Beach Brewing, The Tank Brewing Co., Unbranded Brewing Company, Veza Sur Brewing Co., Wynwood Brewing Company, and dozens more!
