Catching up with Chef Richard Hales

Not even a little brain surgery could stop Chef Richard Hales from going back to work. On this episode of WTF? – Where’s the Food? I catch up with Chef Richard Hales at his newest project, The Sakaya Kitchen Pop-Up at The Citadel Miami (2:15).
