What if we could eat our veggies with our ice cream? Now I know what you’re thinking… that just sounds weird, but a Miami native set out to change that. Jessica Levison has created Peekaboo Ice Cream, which has hidden veggies in every bite.
Jessica struggled to get her kids to eat veggies, so she set out too find a way to put them in ice cream. Jessica is a Miami native and owns an ice cream shop in Surfside called Serendipity. Now Jessica is focused on getting kids to eat more ice cream 😜
Peekaboo sneaks a daily serving of veggies and is enriched with vitamins and minerals. Eating your veggies never tasted so good with the brand’s five delicious flavors including Vanilla with Hidden Zucchini, Cotton Candy with Hidden Beets, Mint Chocolate Chunk with Hidden Spinach, Strawberry with Hidden Carrots, and Chocolate with Hidden Cauliflower.
I recently got a chance to sit down and talk to Jessica about ice cream, life and even more ice cream. Listen below.
