PB Station With It’s First Collaborative Dinner

Since it’s opening PB Station has been getting rave reviews.

Now for one night only, PB Station is hosting a collaborative dinner with chef Juliana Gonzalez of Barceloneta.

The special dinner will take place on Thursday, May 26 for $75 per person (tax and gratuity not included).

Chef Jose Mendin along with his Executive Chef of PB Station, Guillermo Concha, will pair up with Juliana Gonzalez of Barceloneta to prepare a four-course menu, with each course consisting of a dishes from each chef. Menu items include Head Cheese Agnolotti consisting of caramelized cream, grain mustard, butter peas and carrots; The Bacon Chop with smoked, brined and cured kurobuta pork chop and pickled potato salad; Trinxat, featuring Brussel sprouts, bacon, fingerling potato, organic egg yolk and largo iberico; Bacalao consisting of slowly cooked codfish, maitake mushrooms, crispy artichoke and veal jus; Mississippi Mud Pie and Passionfruit Baked Alaska.

After dinner, the party continues upstairs at the Pawn Broker with special gin & tonic cocktails.

PB Station and the Pawn Broker are both located at the legendary Langford Hotel in Downtown Miami.

Barceloneta Sunset Now Open

The Pubbelly empire continues to expand.

This time, they have opened Barceloneta Sunset. Barceloneta is a copy of their South Beach location.

Barceloneta Sunset is located at 5850 Sunset Drive.

Barceloneta Sunset will be serving the same great tapas you can get on South Beach.

Macchialina is Finally Opening It’s Doors

After finally teasing it’s opening a couple months ago, Macchialina is ready to open it’s doors.

Macchialina comes to use from the team behind Pubbelly and Barceloneta. Macchialina is their new Italian South Beach spot.

Macchialina comes from the words “Macchia” meaning “mark or spot” and “Maialina” meaning piglet, aims to be reminiscent of a “small rustic eatery in the heart of any Italian town” with “old world charm.”

Chef Michael Pirolo from Scarpetta will man the kitchen. The menu will focus on simple and rustic cuisine.

Macchialina will be open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday 6 p.m. to midnight and open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.

Macchialina will open it’s doors on Tuesday, June 26th at 6pm.
