Bar Crudo has released a new menu for the new year.
Chef Reto von Weissenfluh and Sous Chef Jan Tomaszewski have kept some of the favorites on the menu, but have also added new items people will fall in love with.
Some of the new menu items include Farro with wild berries, and Anjou pear; Potato & Purple Cauliflower Soup with black truffle and Florida lobster; Kombu Cured Salmon paired with parsnips, pomegranate and cauliflower; Wild Boar Tartar with black truffle and sea beans; Tiramisu, a frigid Beet Sorbet served with grapes and lingonberries; and a Chocolate Vanilla Caramel trifecta.
