In creation for over a year now, Bloom is ready to bring global street food to Wynwood.
Owners Jose Miguel Sarti and Sebastian Stahl have in-listed, former Nobu chef Ricky Sauri to man the kitchen at Bloom.
Bloom has a small plates menu featuring Asian and Latin American street food.
Some of the menu items include:
- Pork belly kakuni with mirasol sauce and taro root congee
- A reina pepiada with shredded duck, tamarind sauce, crispy avacado, and kwepie
- Cuajitos with creole hog tripe and corn tamale
