Blue Collar Restaurant is opening Thursday, January 13th.
Blue Collar Restaurant is opening in the space formerly known as American Noodle Bar. Blue Collar is set to offer “contemporary comfort food.”
Blue Collar Restaurant comes to us from chef/owner Daniel Serfer.
Some menu items include: Pork and Beans Smokey Bacon, Berkshire Sausage, White Beans, Fried Egg, Toast; Shrimp and Grits Trugole Cheese, Neuske Bacon, New Orleans Style BBQ Sauce; and the Crispy Skin Snapper Rock Shrimp, Vegetable Fried Rice, Red Curry.
“Everyone that comes to Blue Collar Restaurant should feel like we are old friends. The menu is super fun, approachable, and diverse enough to have offerings for everyone, even vegetarians!” Serfer says.

Blue Collar Restaurant will open for lunch and dinner Sunday-Thursday from 11:30am -10:00pm and Friday-Saturday from 11:30am-11:00pm.
