We were fortune enough to go and try some of these dishes on Monday. I can tell you everything is awesome!
The Carnitas Hash is awesome. They come with corn tortillas so you can make tacos. How awesome is that.
The French Toast is beyond awesome. The Mascarpone in the middle of both toast is outstanding.
To top it off, I recommend you get a Passion Picante Pitcher to drink. The drink has 1800 silver tequila, passion fruit, fresh lime, ginger, and habanero. It’s perfect to make you think your drinking something soft, but it creeps up and hits you with the tequila and habanero.
Rosa Mexicano is definitely doing Cinco De Mayo brunch right! I know where we will be on Sunday! Join us!
