Chef Tony Mantuano has brought Chicago’s Spiaggia to Miami with Lorenzo. Lorenzo is located at the Redbury Hotel on South Beach. At Lorenzo, you can find authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Chris Wyman has created a new Seasonal menu with ingredients from the Paradise Farms rooftop garden. The new menu is avaliable now. Check out the full menu here. We got a chance to check out the new menu and here are some of the things we ate.

Oysters in the half shell with passion fruit mignonette and Wood oven roasted oysters with bacon, parmesan and bourbon
Red snapper ceviche with hearts of palm, pickled red chilies, pistachios and oranges
Soft Shell crab with Romesco sauce, wood roasted leeks, peanut potatoes and hen of the woods mushrooms
Grilled Wahoo with English Pea puree, asparagus, sugar snap peas, wild mushrooms, English peas and pickled shallots
Crispy Branzino with white asparagus, fresh chick peas, pancetta and purslane
Paperdelle with braised lamb, fava beans, trevsiano, mint and pecorino
