Chef Jeff McInnis and Chef Janine Booth have opened The Sarsaparilla Club at the Shelborne Wyndham Grand in South Beach.
Sarsaparilla Club is an American dim sum restaurant. There are medium plates, salads & sides, large plates and the infamous dim sum. There are a few dim sum carts going around at any given time with lots of amazing eats. You’re going to want to try everything. Trust us! Everything on the dim sum carts is too die for!
Everything, including the much loved dim sum, we had at The Sarsaparilla Club was outstanding. We left The Sarsaparilla Club feeling so full, but wanting more.
Our favorites include the Shrimp & Bacon Stuffed Chicken Wings, Sarsaparilla’s Fried Chicken, Braised White Oak Duck Pappardelle, Little Pumpkins, Corn 4 Ways and the Beet & Short Rib Dumpling.
