Taperia Raca opened it’s doors on Friday, March 28th marking the second concept from the group who brought you Eating House, Giorgio Rapicavoli and Alex Casanova. Taperia Raca is in Miami’s MiMo District serving up Spanish-inspired tapas. Running the kitchen is Ryan Harrison, from Preservation. We recently checked out their first brunch service and cannot wait to come back for dinner. Here are some of the things we ate.
UPDATE: Chef Ryan Harrison is now longer with Taperia Raca. Giorgio is managing both Eating House and Taperia Raca until further notice. The score is based off of when Ryan Harrison was running the kitchen.
