Jeepney, Filipino Food Has Arrived in Miami

Jeepney, Filipino food is now open in Miami.

James Beard Nominee, Chef Nicole Ponseca has officially opened a second location of her famous NYC Filipino Gastropub, Jeepney inside 1-800-Lucky in Wynwood. At Jeepney, you can find Fillipino cuisine.

The Jeepney Miami Pop-up focuses on a curated menu featuring Filipino BBQ skewers, sizzling Sisig and Pancit noodles. Along with Jeepney, Ponseca will introduce Tita Baby’s at 1-800-Lucky. Here you can find a selection of Philippine pastries like Bibingka, a traditional rice cake served in a cast iron skillet lined with banana leaves, Ensaymada, a soft bread pastry lathered with a calamansi-sugar glaze and Halo Halo, the famous shaved ice.

Jeepney and Tita Baby’s will be open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday from 12 PM until 12 AM. 1-800-LUCKY is located at 143 NW 23rd Street in Wynwood.
