After finally teasing it’s opening a couple months ago, Macchialina is ready to open it’s doors.
Macchialina comes to use from the team behind Pubbelly and Barceloneta. Macchialina is their new Italian South Beach spot.
Macchialina comes from the words “Macchia” meaning “mark or spot” and “Maialina” meaning piglet, aims to be reminiscent of a “small rustic eatery in the heart of any Italian town” with “old world charm.”
Chef Michael Pirolo from Scarpetta will man the kitchen. The menu will focus on simple and rustic cuisine.
Macchialina will be open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday 6 p.m. to midnight and open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
Macchialina will open it’s doors on Tuesday, June 26th at 6pm.
