Chef Jose Mendin of The Pubbelly Restaurant Group is back at it again with his series of Mendin & Friends.
On Wednesday, March 30, “Top Chef” winner and Miami chef, Jeremy Ford, will prepare a menu with a Spanish twist alongside Jose Mendin.
The chefs will collaborate on a family-style, four-course menu offering guests a one-night-only, unique dining experience for $60 (tax and gratuity not included). Dishes for the evening will include Lengua a la Vinagretta, Foie Gras, Buttery Maine Lobster, Pistachio Tagliolini, Black Bass and Rabo de Toro.
Wine and sake pairings are available for an additional $38 per person. Two seatings are available – 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
