Miami Spice Preview & More : Piripi

Trying to decide on where to dine at for Miami Spice can be a daunting task. As Miami Spice is in full swing, we will try to give you a preview at every Miami Spice restaurant we can fit into our stomachs.

We checked out Piripi in Coral Gables. Piripi has gone thru some tough times in the last few months, but Chef Angelina Bastidas has been brought in to change the game. Chef Angelina Bastidas is originally from New York and has worked at some of Miami’s top restaurants including Area 31, Bazaar, Palme D’Or and Taperia Raca and most recently was chef de cuisine at Tongue & Cheek on Miami Beach.

Chef Angelina Bastidas is an amazing person and has a huge career ahead of her. She has big plans for Piripi. Natually, we were invited to come try Chef Angelina Bastidas and Piripi’s new Miami Spice menu.

Overall, Piripi has a solid Miami Spice offering with something for everyone. You will definitely not be disappointed when you visit Piripi. Chef Angelina Bastidas is doing amazing things there and cannot wait for the other amazing things she has planned.
