Chef Bee and his mother are finally getting ready to open up the long awaited NaiYaRa in Sunset Harbour.
Chef Bee has announced NaiYaRa will open this month.
At NaiYaRa, you will find a menu featuring Thai street fare and Japanese specialties. Highlights include the Organic Crispy Bok Choy with garlic chips topped with sweet sesame soy; Crispy Chicken Dumplings with spicy garlic soy vinaigrette; and Tom Yum Nahm Khon, also known as Creamy Ramen Noodle Soup with Prawns.
Miami local Anthony “Tibor” Vecsesi has created the extensive bar menu. Signature cocktails including the Mekhong OX and Tom Kha cocktails – each are made with traditional Thai ingredients such as Bird Chili, Lemongrass and Galangal.
NaiYaRa is located at 1854 Bay Road and will be open daily for lunch from 12pm – 4pm, happy hour from 4pm – 7pm and diner from 6pm – 10pm. Late night menu will be available from 10pm – 2am.
