Last weekend, I was given the opportunity to join a pastry class from the world famous pastry genius, Antonio Bachour from The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew it was going to be amazing. I was speechless and have nothing but the up most respect for the work Antonio is doing along with his staff. Antonio has a book out right now and he is currently working on his second. Antonio plans to open these pastry classes up to the public in the near future, but until then check out the photos below of my once in a lifetime experience.
