Pisco y Nazca is opening their Doral location on June 28th.
If you have been itching to get your Peruvian fix, your prayers have been answered. If you have been to Pisco y Nazca in Kendall, you know what to expect, but Doral has some new unique dishes.
Guests can expect new dishes like the Mariscada mahi, octopus, shrimp, squid, mussels, clams, squid ink, Arborio, rocoto chalaquita and crostini mixed in with popular Pisco y Nazca dishes such as Cremoso Ceviche, Pargo Crocante and the Churrascazo. The menu will also feature a new section of Anticuchos, also known as Peruvian skewers, including camarones (shrimp), costilla (braised short rib), pollo (grilled chicken thigh brushed with Peruvian barbecue sauce) and corazón (grilled beef heart).
The bar at Pisco y Nazca will be led by head mixologist Joel Mesa. You could expect a Nazca Mule, which uses pisco instead of vodka.
Pisco y Nazca in Downtown Doral is located at 8551 NW 53rd Street and open daily for lunch and dinner with brunch available on Sundays.
