Salata’s first location in Florida will be in Miami Lakes.

At Salata, guests are able to choose from an array of lettuces, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, seeds, nuts, chicken, seafood and vegan proteins. All dressings, soups and sauces are house-made and have no added preservatives. Salata offers fully customizable, tossed-to-order salads and wraps from a selection of more than 50 fresh and pure ingredients. Additional offerings include hand-cut croutons and pita chips, seasoned and baked in house; signature soups such as tomato basil, broccoli and chipotle white bean; and a state-of-the-art beverage station with tea taps.
