Slow Food Miami’s 6th Annual Ark of Taste Benefit Dinner

Slow Food Miami is bringing back it’s annual Ark of Taste Benefit Dinner.

In its 6th year, Ark of Taste will be held at Paraiso Bay on Tuesday, January 27th. Paraiso Bay is located at 600 NE 31 Street in Miami.

Together for the first time, the chefs of The Genuine Hospitality Group’s Miami restaurants will cook local on Biscayne Bay to celebrate the Florida stone crab and benefit Slow Food Miami Edible Gardens. The stone crabs will be sourced from Miami’s own George Stone Crab and will be accompanied by locally-sourced ingredients including items from Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink chef de cuisine Niven Patel’s backyard and other farms served by Farm to Kitchen, a local produce distributor. All proceeds will benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour featuring specialty libations courtesy of GREY GOOSE Vodka, sustainable wines by Stellar Wines, and passed hors d’oeuvres prepared by Chef Molly Brandt of Restaurant Michael Schwartz at The Raleigh.

Tickets are $195 per person and can be purchased here.
