A couple weeks ago, we reported that NYC transplant, The Dutch would be coming to the W South Beach.
Today, we got confirmation that The Dutch will be opening on November 14th. Reservations are now being accepted too.
The Dutch is opening at the W South Beach and comes to us from chef Andrew Carmellini.
The Dutch will feature “a roots-inspired menu for Miami Beach.” The menu includes seafood and dishes “influenced by a range of flavors from the Caribbean to Morocco, the Gulf Coast to the West Coast and Cuba to Italy.”
The Dutch will also contain an oyster bar with an original marble counter at the center of the restaurant.
“Miami is like a second home to me,” says Carmellini. “We originally created The Dutch in SoHo as a place for New Yorkers to hangout and have a good time. The aim here is to do the same for Miami Beach.”
