Top Chef Season 13 winner Jeremy Ford is opening two restaurants come this fall.
The first one will be called Stubborn Seed and will open sometime this September at 101 Washington Avenue in the former TiramesU space. He is opening Stubborn Seed with Grove Bay Hospitality Group.
No details have been released on the restaurant or menu, but it will be “seasonally” focused with dishes like a 5-second wahoo made with a spicy buttermilk dressing, jalapeño ferment, sea grapes and Florida peach.
As for his second restaurant, no additional details have been released yet.
