Miami’s latest pop-up restaurant, Eating House is launching its new brunch on Sunday, April 22nd.
Eating House is calling its brunch “Wakin-N-Bacon.”
Some items on the menu include: Carbonara eggs Benedict; chicken ‘n’ waffles with maple bacon and spicy ranch; heirloom Homestead tomatoes with lime, ginger, nuoc cham, peanuts, frozen coconut milk, herbs, petals and shoots; Mexican chilaquiles; Cuban bread French toast; and Cap’n Crunch pancakes.
Eating House Executive Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli is working with a local sausage company to create his own Eating House breakfast sausage, containing maple bacon and pancakes.
Just like their dinner menu, the Wakin-N-Bacon menu will change almost weekly. The only thing that isn’t changing is the $5 Tang mimosas.
